PaleoSed+ Research Group
Our mission is to bridge the gap between geological and life sciences by fostering collaborative research in the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth, and Resources at the University of Manitoba. By incorporating expertise on geology, paleontology, and natural systems, we seek a greater understanding of the history of life and natural processes on Earth.
The PaleoSed+ Research Group's mission is to foster collaborative research under the Surface Processes and Life research theme and bridge the gap to Economic and Applied Geology at the Department of Earth Sciences. Our primary objectives include coordinating activities and pooling resources to maximize infrastructure, creating spaces for natural collaboration, supporting innovative teaching, and fostering research collaboration in support of current and future funding opportunities.
